The Butterfly Effect is designed to create a transformation in our youth that that we serve in the community. We hope to do this through our volunteer program to  provide mentors who can teach leadership skills as well as other vocational skills. We want our youth to feel empowered, confident, and have the skills to fulfill their goals.
